Joe Pettitt

We are sad to report that Joe Pettitt passed away on 2nd September following a short battle with Cancer.

Joe was one of the founder members of the Battlesbridge Antiques Centre and was the proprietor of the Bones Lane part of the complex, incorporating The Haybarn, Bridge Barn and New Barn buildings.

Joe wanted the business to continue as normal with wife Madge at the helm ably assisted by daughter Rosina and Husband Keith.

As a mark of respect Bridge Barn Antiques will be closed until Saturday 19th September.

The Funeral will take place at Pitsea Crematorium and Cemetery at 10a.m.  on Friday 18th September.

No flowers, donations to Cancer Research and bright dress code has been requested by the family.
